Should I register with diveshop.ae to purchase dive products or dive services?
NO. Diveshop.ae facilitates guest checkout functions so creating an account is not compulsory. However we recommend that you register with diveshop.ae when placing an order to enjoy our full spectrum of facilities.
 
What are your supported shipping destinations?
We deliver across the G.C.C, some products are required to be custom inspected so there may be a delay or we may be unable to deliver certain products to your country.
 
When you will dispatch my order?
We will dispatch your order within 6 to 48 hours from the receipt.
 
What are your delivery methods and delivery times?
We are using Aramex Priority Export Express Shipping for fast and secure delivery of your goods to your door step. Once your order is shipped we will send you an Aramex tracking information for easy tracking of your order. Here are the delivery time estimations,

What are the payment methods you accept?

  • - Cash on Delivery (COD) 
          At the moment we support cash on delivery (COD) only within UAE.
Is my credit card transactions safe?
Yes. We are performing all your transactions & authentications through a 128bit encrypted SSL connection and we keep your sensitive data securely in a SAS 70 Type II certified, physically secured datacenter with Firewalled network.
 
Can I track my orders?
Yes of course. Once you place your order if you are a registered customer of diveshop.ae you can view order status inside your My Orders area under your Account. If you are a guest user you can use Orders and Returns page to track your order status.
 
What happens if my delivery damaged or goes missing?
In a case of any problem with your delivery we will contact carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will make our every effort to keep you informed about our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement.
 
Is there a warranty for the goods which I purchase?
Yes. For all the brands we sell we are an authorized distributor or dealer so you can receive the complete manufacturer warranty for the items you purchase under the manufactures’ warranty conditions. How to claim a warranty for a purchased item?
You can claim your warranty from any of our Al Boom Diving retail center by showing the original receipt you received with the package or in a case you are outside from UAE please contact us directly. We will instruct you the way to claim your warranty. Please kindly note the time taken to claim a warranty varies from product to product and is dependent on the manufacturer.
