Dubai Mall Aquarium Discovery Scuba Diving

Discover Scuba Diving is an introductory part of scuba diving. During this activity you will do a classroom session and a cage training for the basic skills of scuba diving followed by the Aquarium dive. You can still participate in this program even if you don’t know how to swim, as long as you are at least comfortable in the water.

Your introduction to scuba is run daily at 3pm; 5pm and 7pm. After an introduction session, you will try diving inside the cage at the aquarium, under the supervision of our PADI instructors.

You will need to arrive two hours beforehand, at the entrance to the Underwater Zoo on the 2nd floor. A short and informative presentation will be given to prepare you for your dive. Actual dive time will be 20-30 minutes and the water temperature is 23°C.

All dive gear will be provided, as we keep it aquarium- clean. The dive is inclusive of dive gear rental, the training presentation, DAN diver insurance and a certificate of participation.
